About the Role
The Lifestyle Assistant will work within the Lifestyle Team to nurture individual interests, maintain motivation and stimulation of residents through activities of interest and personal support. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of activities including progress note entries and evaluation of the effectiveness of care services delivered.
The classification for this position will be IN31 - IN33 ($55,510 - $64,464. per annum pro rata) plus an additional over award

About Our Facilities
Auburn House is a stand-alone 30 bed Aged Persons' Mental Health (APMH) Residential Facility in Hawthorn East. It provides transitional residential care for residents with chronic mental health issues, or behavioural and psychological symptoms associated with dementia which cannot be managed in a mainstream aged care setting. Residents are cared for by a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team.
Berengarra is a multi storey, 90 bed state of the art residential aged care facility, comprising of 60 mainstream and 30 Aged Persons’ Mental Health (APMH) beds designed to deliver contemporary best practice person centered care. Berengarra is co-located with St George’s Hospital in Kew.
